Ninnice Kullanım Şartları

Bu Kullanım Şartları, Ninnice mobil uygulamasını kullanmanız için geçerli koşulları açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Hizmetin Kapsamı

Ninnice; ebeveynlerin bebek uyku rutinlerini desteklemek için ninni, beyaz gürültü, rahatlatıcı sesler, rutinler ve yerel uyku kaydı özellikleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır.

Ninnice bir tıbbi cihaz, bebek monitörü, güvenlik sistemi veya acil durum hizmeti değildir. Uygulamadaki bilgiler tıbbi tavsiye, tanı veya tedavi amacı taşımaz.

2. Yerel Veriler

Bebek adı, tercih ayarları, uyku günlüğü ve rutin verileri varsayılan olarak cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı silmeniz, cihazınızı sıfırlamanız veya uygulama verilerini temizlemeniz bu yerel verilerin silinmesine neden olabilir.

3. Premium Abonelikler

Ninnice bazı özellikleri premium abonelik ile sunabilir. Abonelik satın alımları App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir ve ilgili store hesabınız tarafından yönetilir.

• Abonelikler, iptal edilmediği sürece store koşullarına göre otomatik yenilenebilir.
• Aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz.
• Fiyatlar, vergiler, deneme süreleri, yenileme ve iade süreçleri ilgili store kurallarına tabidir.
• Satın alımları geri yükleme özelliği, aynı store hesabıyla daha önce alınmış aktif hakları doğrulamak için kullanılır.

4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı yasalara uygun şekilde kullanmanız gerekir. Uygulamanın seslerini, metinlerini, tasarımını veya diğer içeriklerini izinsiz kopyalayamaz, yeniden dağıtamaz veya ticari olarak kullanamazsınız.

5. Kullanılabilirlik ve Değişiklikler

Ninnice özelliklerini, içeriklerini veya premium tekliflerini zaman içinde güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırı

Ninnice uyku rutininizi desteklemek için sağlanır, ancak belirli bir uyku sonucu garanti etmez. Uygulamayı kullanırken bebeğinizin güvenliği ve bakımı konusunda nihai sorumluluk ebeveyn veya bakım veren kişidedir.

Ninnice Terms of Use

These Terms of Use explain the conditions that apply when you use the Ninnice mobile application. By using the application, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of the Service

Ninnice is a mobile application that helps parents support baby sleep routines with lullabies, white noise, calming sounds, routines, and local sleep logging features.

Ninnice is not a medical device, baby monitor, safety system, or emergency service. The information in the application is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Local Data

Baby name, preference settings, sleep journal, and routine data are stored on your device by default. Deleting the app, resetting your device, or clearing app data may delete this local data.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Ninnice may offer some features through a premium subscription. Subscription purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and managed by the relevant store account.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically under the applicable store terms unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Prices, taxes, trial periods, renewals, and refund processes are subject to the relevant store rules.
• Restore purchases is used to verify active entitlements previously purchased with the same store account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use the application in compliance with applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use the application's sounds, text, design, or other content without permission.

5. Availability and Changes

Ninnice may update, change, or remove features, content, or premium offers over time. The application is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Responsibility

Ninnice is provided to support sleep routines, but it does not guarantee any specific sleep outcome. When using the application, the parent or caregiver remains ultimately responsible for the baby's safety and care.
