Ninnice Gizlilik Politikası

Ninnice olarak kullanıcılarımızın gizliliğine büyük önem veriyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Ninnice mobil uygulamasının kullanıcı verilerini nasıl işlediğini açıklamaktadır.

1. Toplanan ve İşlenen Veriler

Ninnice, temel uyku sesi deneyimi için hesap oluşturmanızı istemez ve reklam/analitik takibi yapmaz. Uygulamada oluşturulan bebek adı, tercih ayarları, uyku günlüğü ve rutin verileri varsayılan olarak cihazınızda saklanır.

Premium abonelik satın alımları App Store veya Google Play üzerinden işlenir. Abonelik durumunu doğrulamak ve premium erişimi yönetmek için RevenueCat abonelik altyapısı kullanılır. Bu süreçte satın alma durumu, abonelik ürünü, işlem/abonelik tanımlayıcıları ve store hesabınızla ilişkili abonelik bilgileri ilgili store sağlayıcısı ve RevenueCat tarafından işlenebilir.

Ninnice uygulaması:

• Temel kullanım için e-posta veya telefon numarası gerektirmez
• Konum bilgisi toplamaz
• Reklam hedefleme amacıyla reklam kimliği kullanmaz; abonelik sağlayıcısı satın alma ve uygulama kullanıcı tanımlayıcılarını işleyebilir
• Reklam ağı veya davranışsal analiz aracı kullanmaz
• Uyku günlüğü ve rutin verilerinizi satmaz

2. Çocukların Gizliliği

Ninnice, ebeveynlerin bebeklerinin uyku rutinini desteklemek için kullandığı bir ebeveyn aracıdır. Uygulama çocukların doğrudan etkileşimli kullanımına yönelik oyun veya sosyal içerik barındırmaz.

Uygulama çocuklardan doğrudan hesap veya iletişim bilgisi istemez. Ebeveynlerin girdiği bebek adı, uyku kayıtları ve tercihler cihazda işlenir. Abonelik bilgileri aşağıda belirtilen sağlayıcılar tarafından işlenir.

3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler

Ninnice, premium abonelik ve satın alma durumunu yönetmek için RevenueCat SDK'sını kullanır. Ödemeler App Store veya Google Play hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. RevenueCat yalnızca abonelik durumunu doğrulamak, premium erişimi açmak ve satın alımları geri yüklemek amacıyla kullanılır.

Ninnice reklam ağı, sosyal takip SDK'sı veya davranışsal analitik aracı kullanmaz.

Mikrofon ve Akıllı Dinleme

Desteklenen iPhone ve iPad cihazlarında, kullanıcı Akıllı Dinleme'yi başlattığında mikrofon sesi Apple SoundAnalysis ile cihaz üzerinde sınıflandırılır. Bağımsız Akıllı Dinleme analizinde ses dosyası kaydedilmez ve ses sunucuya gönderilmez. Eşleşmiş cihazla canlı dinlemede analiz aynı ses akışından yapılır; aşağıdaki canlı iletim açıklaması geçerlidir. Dinleme durdurulduğunda mikrofon analizi kapanır. Mikrofon izni cihaz ayarlarından geri alınabilir.

Ayrıca kullanıcı kendi sesini ninni olarak kaydedebilir. Bu kayıt cihazda saklanır ve kayıt ekranından silinebilir. İsteğe bağlı Dinleme ve Eşleştirme oturumunda Firebase anonim kimliği ve Firestore bağlantı verileri (cihaz rolleri, süreli kod, zaman damgaları ve WebRTC bağlantı bilgileri) işlenir. Canlı ses WebRTC ile eşleşen cihazlar arasında şifreli olarak iletilir; Ninnice sesi kaydetmez veya Firestore’da saklamaz. Bağlantı kurmak için STUN ve yapılandırılmışsa TURN sunucuları IP adresi gibi ağ bilgilerini işleyebilir. TURN erişimi yapılandırıldığında Firebase App Check, isteğin gerçek uygulamadan geldiğini doğrulamak için uygulama ve cihaz doğrulama bilgilerini işler. Ağlama uyarıları eşleşmiş cihaza şifreli bağlantı üzerinden iletilir. Ekrandan çıkmak veya oturumu bitirmek mikrofonu ve bağlantıyı kapatır; bu işlem sunucudaki bağlantı metaverilerini otomatik olarak silmez. Bulut verilerinizin silinmesi için iletişim adresimizden talepte bulunabilirsiniz.

4. Veri Güvenliği

Yerel uyku günlüğü ve tercih verileri cihazınızda tutulur. Abonelik doğrulama bilgileri App Store, Google Play ve RevenueCat altyapısı üzerinden işlenir. Ninnice uyku verilerinizi satmaz veya reklam hedefleme amacıyla kullanmaz.

5. Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Ninnice Privacy Policy

At Ninnice, we prioritize the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how the Ninnice mobile application handles user data.

1. Data Collected and Processed

Ninnice does not require an account for the core sleep sound experience and does not use ads or behavioral analytics. Baby name, local preferences, sleep journal, and routine data are stored on your device by default.

Premium subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play. Ninnice uses RevenueCat subscription infrastructure to validate subscription status and manage premium access. During this process, purchase status, subscription product, transaction/subscription identifiers, and store-account subscription information may be processed by the relevant store provider and RevenueCat.

The application:

• Does not require an email address or phone number for the core experience
• Does not collect location data
• Does not use advertising identifiers for ad targeting; the subscription provider may process purchase and app-user identifiers
• Does not use ad networks or behavioral analytics tools
• Does not sell your sleep journal or routine data

2. Children's Privacy

Ninnice is a parenting tool used by parents to support their baby's sleep routine. The application does not contain games or social content for direct interactive use by children.

The application does not request accounts or contact details directly from children. Baby names, sleep records and preferences entered by parents are processed on the device. Subscription information is processed by the providers described below.

3. Third-Party Services

Ninnice uses the RevenueCat SDK to manage premium subscription and purchase status. Payments are handled by your App Store or Google Play account. RevenueCat is used only to validate subscription status, unlock premium access, and restore purchases.

Ninnice does not use ad networks, social tracking SDKs, or behavioral analytics tools.

Microphone and Smart Listening

On supported iPhones and iPads, microphone audio is classified on-device using Apple SoundAnalysis when the user starts Smart Listening. Standalone Smart Listening does not create audio recordings or upload audio. During paired live monitoring, the same audio stream is analyzed; the live transmission description below applies. Stopping listening ends microphone analysis. Microphone permission can be revoked in device settings.

Users may also record their own voice as a lullaby. This recording remains on the device and can be deleted from the recording screen. Optional Listen & Pair sessions use Firebase anonymous authentication and Firestore connection metadata (device roles, expiring code, timestamps and WebRTC signaling). Live audio is encrypted in transit between paired devices using WebRTC; Ninnice does not record it or store it in Firestore. STUN and configured TURN services may process network information such as IP addresses to establish the connection. When relay access is configured, Firebase App Check processes app/device attestation information to verify requests come from the app. Cry alerts are sent to the paired device over the encrypted connection. Leaving the screen or ending the session closes the microphone and connection; it does not automatically delete server-side connection metadata. Contact us to request deletion of cloud data.

4. Data Security

Local sleep journal and preference data stay on your device. Subscription validation information is processed through App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat infrastructure. Ninnice does not sell your sleep data or use it for advertising targeting.
